Role Overview
Youth Leader
At Roseville Youth, youth leaders build genuine connections with teens and junior highs by rotating through various roles, including greeting and sign-in, introductions and icebreakers, and leading games. Each week, they also facilitate an inductive Bible study, where the Bible itself becomes the primary source of teaching, allowing everyone to learn and discover its message together.
Requirements
To serve, a police check and Plan to Protect certification are required. Youth leaders should be committed Christians with faith in Jesus, willing to serve God, and open to both leading and listening. New leaders receive preparation and support, along with a gradual integration process to help them adjust.
